ModunOS
Rules for using ModunOS spaces, media, messaging, and ModunAI — so the platform stays safe and usable. This page details behaviour; our Terms of Service remain the contract.
Contract — ownership, accounts, payments, liability, leaving the service.
Behaviour — what you may and must not do on ModunOS surfaces.
Data — what we know and what the browser stores to run sessions.
Soft-release filters are imperfect. Prohibitions are your responsibility plus enforcement when misuse is detected — not a warranty that every model response is pre-cleared.
We may remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, Kick abusive sessions, and block access at the edge to enforce these rules, protect users and infrastructure, or meet legal requirements — including emergency action for serious security threats, illegal activity, child exploitation, or imminent harm.
Soft-release reporting and appeals processes are still maturing. Contact us with context if you believe an action was mistaken; we do not promise a formal tribunal or fixed response SLA today. Account and data fate follow the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Report abuse or security concerns via [email protected] or official channels on modunos.com until a dedicated security mailbox is published. Do not test production security by attacking live systems without authorisation.
By creating an account or using ModunOS Services (including modunos.com, related subdomains such as ai.modunos.com, and connected clients), you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. The Services are operated by Modun Systems (founder Charles Arden, United Kingdom).
These rules apply to all ModunOS faces and features you use — including Core platform access, first-party apps, messaging, AI features, user-created spaces, media, and APIs we expose. User-generated spaces remain the publisher’s responsibility; misuse of ModunOS hosting or transport is still a breach.
You must not misuse the Services for illegal activity; security circumvention; malware distribution; harassment; fraud; privacy invasion; intellectual-property infringement; child exploitation; spam; unlawful scraping; or prohibited AI use as described above.
We may investigate available signals, remove content, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with lawful requests where required. Emergency action may precede full process when harm is imminent or illegal material is involved.
We may update this Policy as ModunOS evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance for soft-release purposes, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the Terms.
